Return & Shipping Policy

Returns are not accepted on any custom order that was made to your request. Each items is made to order once your order is placed.  All order from this seller are consider as "custom" Seller will reach out to via email to confirm your order prior to processing.  Once the order has been confirm changes or refund request will not be accepted.  Processing / making starts the day of confirmation. 

If your product is received damaged, please reach out to the seller by email providing a clear picture of the damaged items.  The seller will provide returned shipping postage for the return of the damaged items and your exchange will be processed once the seller received tracking, showing the damaged items has been shipped.  The seller will reship the exact same as the orginal order.  No changes can be requested. All parts are to be returned even if they are broken.  If items is shipping back without all parts, seller will not process exchange on till all parts are received and the additional shipping cost will be at the buyer expense.
